MEET LESTER.
My name is Lester Spear. I’ve spent three decades doing hands-on construction, renovation, and landscaping work across New England — kitchens, bathrooms, decks, basements, fences, floors, landscapes. I’ve built things from scratch, torn things apart, and learned all along the way.
What I’ve learned after all of it is simple: most homeowners can do way more than they think. The work isn’t always the hard part. Not knowing where to start, not having someone to call when you’re stuck, not being sure you’re doing it right — that’s what stops people.
